Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services operated under the brand names coinsori, stocksori, and soritrading (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SORI LABS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company no. 17444119) ("we", "us"). Contact: the Support page in the Service, or [email protected].

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The English version of these Terms governs; translations are for convenience only.

1. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides: (a) a multilingual community (boards, chat, news); (b) market data (prices, candles, indicators); and (c) software tools for building, backtesting, paper-trading, and — through software running on your own device — executing trading strategies.

The Service is software, not a financial service:

  • Non-custodial. We never hold, receive, or transmit your funds or assets of any kind. Your exchange

API keys are never stored on our servers. Order signing and submission happen only on your own device or server through the local agent software.

  • No investment advice. Nothing in the Service — including community posts, backtest results,

strategy code, AI-generated content, or any number shown anywhere — is investment advice or a recommendation. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, adviser, or portfolio manager.

  • No guarantees. Backtests and paper trading are estimates based on historical or simulated

data. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. We never promise profit or protection of principal, and you should treat any such promise — from anyone — as a red flag.

2. Trading risk

Trading financial assets — crypto-assets, equities, or any other instrument — involves substantial risk of loss. Prices are volatile; strategies that performed well historically can lose money. Automated execution can amplify losses (bugs, connectivity failures, exchange outages, unexpected market conditions). You are solely responsible for every order placed with your keys, for the configuration of guardrails and limits, and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including whether use of the Service is lawful where you live. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold directly by SORI LABS LTD, which is the seller and merchant of record and processes payment, applies taxes, and appears on your statement. Prices and plan limits are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Regional pricing

Some plans are priced by country of residence so that the Service stays affordable in lower-income markets. The price you see is set from the billing country you provide at checkout, and is locked to your subscription — later changes to our regional price table do not change what you already pay.

You must give your actual country of residence. Deliberately giving a false country to obtain a lower regional price is a breach of these Terms. Where we find a genuine mismatch we will first ask you to confirm your country and, if needed, move you to the correct price at your next renewal. Refund and termination are reserved for repeated or deliberate misuse.

We may see that your payment card was issued in a different country than your billing address. That alone is not a breach — cards from Wise, Revolut and similar providers carry a fixed issuing country, and people legitimately hold cards from a country they no longer live in. We record it and look at it together with other signals before contacting you.

5. Your content and strategy code

You retain ownership of content you post and strategy code you write. You grant us a license to host, display, and (for community content) machine-translate it so the Service can function. Strategies you explicitly publish as public are shown including their source code (open-code policy) — do not publish code you wish to keep secret. You are responsible for what your strategy code does when you run it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; upload malicious code; attempt to access others' accounts or data; abuse, spam, or manipulate the community or its translation systems; scrape or resell the Service; interfere with the infrastructure; or use the Service to provide regulated financial services to third parties without proper authorization.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Market data and translations may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; where a value is unknown the Service shows nothing rather than a guess, but errors can still occur.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case these apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service and apply after the stated effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
